Booking with Adora Moments is a seamless and stress-free experience. Here’s how it works:
Start by filling out our quick intake form with all the key details about your event. The more information you provide, the better we can tailor our services to your needs.
STEP ONE: SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY
STEP TWO: RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE
Based on your enquiry, we’ll send a personalised quote outlining the best package for you. Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send over an invoice and contract to finalise the details.
STEP THREE: SECURE YOUR DATE
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please note that dates are not secured until the deposit is received, as we work on a first-come, first-served basis.
STEP FOUR: PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION
Around two weeks before your event, we’ll schedule a content planning session to go over your vision, song choices, the event timeline, and any special moments you’d love for us to capture. This ensures everything flows smoothly on the day.
STEP FIVE: THE SPECIAL DAY
Now it’s time to celebrate! We’ll be there every step of the way, capturing all the authentic, beautiful moments so you can be fully present and enjoy your event.
STEP SIX: FAST DELIVERY
